I had tried endlessly to get a local company to come out, but never got a return call from the gentleman in charge. I am very happy that Doug was the tech that was sent over to Keats Island, as he was punctual, very personable, efficient, and simply new his stuff. Our system that had been installed three years ago, never functioned properly and kind of limped along to the point where I would simply use a traditional garden hose and a sprinkler. Doug turned the system on and was able to sort out all the zones, broken heads, manifold…..the list goes on.
