Our Response to COVID-19

University Sprinklers remains in operation, while closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation in BC, and taking all necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our staff and you, our customer. University Sprinklers is committed to operating safely according to the advice of BC public health officials, BC CDC, and WorkSafeBC. We are following rigorous safety hygiene protocols for hand washing and social distancing while continuing to provide our services.

 Our dedicated administrative team is working with increased sterilization procedures and safe separation. We have taken proactive graduated steps resulting in over 50% of office staff working from home and others working split shifts, all in separate offices. New safe distancing guidelines have led us to embrace online meetings when necessary.

The service and installation teams are working with their own and your safety as the number one priority. While we are at your home or business, kindly assist us in keeping the required distance when communicating with our technicians as to how they can best service your sprinkler system.

In addition to these steps, we remain committed to taking care of our employees by providing them with updated information from BC public health officials to keep them, their families, and you safe. We are requiring our team members with any possible symptoms to inform us and to self isolate if required, as directed by Health Canada.
