Jobs at University Sprinklers

On-site training is a cornerstone of our company and leads to successful employees.

Seasonal and Full Time Employment

We are constantly looking for new growth opportunities and markets. We are also constantly looking for new, energetic, and hardworking employees to join our team. Employees, whether entry level laborers, service personnel, office staff, or estimators are respected and well paid. In return, University Sprinklers demands complete dedication and exceptional business and personal standards. We are committed to our customers and their satisfaction, and expect employees to embrace the same. Also note that employment for some entry level, secretarial, and some service related positions can be seasonal.

Our busy season starts at the beginning of March and tends to taper off around late October. This timeframe provides an excellent opportunity for post-secondary students to obtain summer employment and finance living, education, and of course recreational costs. In the past we have had students return for employment with our company for 4 consecutive summers as they completed the requirements of their schooling. These previous employees started as Foreman Assistants and completed their employment as Installation Foremen. Personal growth within our company is not only accepted; it is encouraged.

Flexible scheduling is available for students and athletes who may need time for training, studying, or even holiday absence. Typically, the work week includes 40 hours of work with overtime available to those who request it.
